How can I pay for the service?
To make it easier to you all payment solutions are available , you can pay in Cash,Credit Card ,Bank Transfer and other transfer channels like Western Union or Money Gram

What if I need to keep the car a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

Do you have mileage limit?
Yes we have 200 KM/day , and we have offers that have free milage , kindly check our offers on home page

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?
One of our values that there are no hidden charges , you get what you see (insurance ,all services are included)

Can I change the car during the pickup?
Yes you can , sometimes the car that you choose doesn't meet your expectation(which is impossible ) for any reason , you just inform our representative who will deliver you the car and he will change it for you imediatly

How can I cancel my reservation?
Yes you can before 24 Hours and we will refund you within 2 working days

Do you have discounts for regular clients?
Yes we have , our regular clients will be subscribed in our loyalty systems which give them discounts up to 25% and free rent days and many other surprises

Can I pickup or return the car on a location chosen by me?
yes you can, and it is free of charge in Amman and subject to be charged out of Amman city

Do you have minimum or maximum booking length?
No you can rent a car for any period you need
